Description

- Coarse Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 14.8 oz
- Mint - 0.4 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Shallot - 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Paprika - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumbers and grate them on a coarse grater. Transfer to a sieve, mix with salt, and let it sit over a bowl for 10 minutes to drain excess liquid. Chop the herbs.
Step 2
Squeeze the cucumber shavings, transfer them to a bowl, add yogurt, herbs, lemon juice, crushed garlic, minced shallots, and black pepper. Mix well and, if needed, add salt. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
