Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - to taste
- Potato - 5 pieces
- White Cabbage - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Pork Skewers - 17.6 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the meat for 1 hour. Season with salt and add pepper to taste.
Step 2
Sauté grated carrots and onions in lard. Add chopped bell pepper.
Step 3
Grate the tomatoes.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes to the sautéed vegetables. Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the potatoes into matchsticks.
Step 6
Shred the cabbage.
Step 7
Add potatoes and cabbage to the meat broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Add the sautéed vegetable mix to the cooked soup. Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.
