Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Celery salt - to taste
- Carrot - to taste
- Beetroot - to taste
- White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion, celery, carrot, and beetroot in vegetable oil. At the end of sautéing, add the tomato paste.
Step 2
Boil the cabbage, add the sautéed vegetables to this vegetable broth, and as soon as the borscht comes to a boil, turn off the heat, add finely chopped herbs and black pepper.
Step 3
Let the dish steep for 15 minutes (covered).
