- Carrot - 2 pieces

- Millet - 3 tablespoons
- Potato - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour cold water over the chicken offal and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, add salt, bay leaves, onion, carrot, parsley, and cook until ready.

Strain the broth and bring it back to a boil.
Step 3
Rinse the millet and add it to the broth.
Step 4
