Ingredients
- Bread Kvass - 1½ l
- Fish - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Turnips - 6 pieces
- Sauerkraut - 3.5 oz
- Chopped Green Onions - 5 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Table Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the fish, boil it in salted water, and cool it.
Step 2
Separate the fillet from the bones and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3
Rinse the sauerkraut and chop it finely.
Step 4
Mash the green onions with salt.
Step 5
Boil the eggs hard, and peel them.
Step 6
Chop the egg whites, boiled potatoes, and radishes into cubes.
Step 7
Mash the egg yolks with salt, sugar, and mustard.
Step 8
Combine all the ingredients and pour in the kvass.
Step 9
Mix well but gently, add sour cream, and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
