Vanilla Berry Lemonade
Ingredients
- Vanilla salt - 2 pieces
- Water - 1 qt
- Lemon - 9 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Fresh Berries - 7.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine sugar, 250 ml of water, and vanilla sticks. Bring to a boil until the sugar is completely dissolved and the syrup thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2
Juice the lemons to yield about 375 ml of juice. Strain to remove seeds and pulp. Pour 3/4 of the sugar mixture into a pitcher. Add the lemon juice.
Step 3
Add the remaining 1.25 liters of water, check for sweetness, and add the remaining sugar syrup and berries. Leave in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving. Serve with additional lemon slices.
