Ingredients
- Veal Liver - 15.9 oz
- Onion - 2.8 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 6.5 oz
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 6.3 oz
- Cream 22% - 8 fl oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Do the same with the tomato.
Step 3
Then finely chop the mushrooms.
Step 4
In a deep skillet, place the chopped liver and onion in preheated butter.
Step 5
After 3 minutes, stir. Reduce the heat.
Step 6
After 2 minutes, add the mushrooms and pepper mix.
Step 7
After 5 minutes, add the tomatoes and season with salt.
Step 8
After 3 minutes, pour in the cream. Stir.
Step 9
As soon as the cream starts to simmer slightly, add the herbs.
Step 10
Then squeeze in the garlic and remove from heat.
Step 11
Add the juice of a small lemon wedge and stir.
Step 12
Blend the mixture with a blender until smooth.
Step 13
Spread the resulting pâté on a piece of bread and serve.
