- Cashew - 14.1 oz
- Rejuvelac - 5 fl oz
- Pink Himalayan Salt - 0.3 oz
- Dried onion powder - 0.1 oz
- Ground Dried Garlic - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the cashews in water for 10 to 12 hours.
Step 2
Drain the water from the cashews. Combine all the ingredients in a blender bowl. Blend thoroughly until you achieve a consistency similar to cream cheese. Refrigerate for 12 to 18 hours.
