Description

If you don't have rejuvelac, feel free to use kombucha. The proportions are the same.

  • Cashew - 14.1 oz
  • Rejuvelac - 5 fl oz
  • Pink Himalayan Salt - 0.3 oz
  • Dried onion powder - 0.1 oz
  • Ground Dried Garlic - 0.1 oz

Soak the cashews in water for 10 to 12 hours.

Drain the water from the cashews. Combine all the ingredients in a blender bowl. Blend thoroughly until you achieve a consistency similar to cream cheese. Refrigerate for 12 to 18 hours.
