Ingredients

  • Chickpea - 5.3 oz
  • Garlic - 0.2 oz
  • Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 9.5 oz
  • Water - 5 qt

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the chickpeas in cold water for at least four hours.

Step 2

Peel the tomatoes. To do this, place them in boiling water for a few seconds, then transfer them to cold water. These simple steps will make the peeling process much easier and quicker: the skin will come off on its own.

Step 3

Place all the ingredients in a deep pot. Pour in water and transfer to the oven with convection on, allowing it to simmer at a temperature of 284°F for 12 hours.
