Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Chickpea - 2 cups
- Pumpkin - 14.1 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas overnight, change the water, and place them on the stove.
Step 2
Chop the potatoes and add them to the boiling chickpeas.
Step 3
Peel and chop the pumpkin and add it to the pot as well.
Step 4
Once everything is cooked, blend it with an immersion blender.
Step 5
Sauté the finely chopped onion with spices and add it to the soup along with the herbs.

Mix everything thoroughly, and the delicious Dal soup is ready!
