Ingredients
- Potato - 4 lbs
- Champignons - 14.1 oz
- Armenian Lavash - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and boil the potatoes.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped onion over low heat for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Wash 300–400 grams of champignon mushrooms, slice them, and add to the onions for another 10 minutes. At the end, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mash the cooked potatoes and mix in the onions with the mushrooms, adding dill to taste.
Step 4
Spread half of the filling over the lavash, then cover it with another layer of lavash and add the remaining filling.
Step 5
Roll up the sushi and cut it into pieces about two fingers thick.
Step 6
Fry the cut pieces on both sides until golden brown. Serve the rolls warm with fresh vegetables.
