Ingredients
- Mushroom broth - 34 fl oz
- White mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- White Cabbage - 7.8 oz
- Bay leaves - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes - 3.2 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Fresh Thyme - 0 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the cabbage into strips, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with half of the olive oil, then cover with foil. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes. After that, bake for another 10 minutes at the same temperature until slightly golden.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the remaining olive oil until translucent. Add the flour and sauté until golden.
Step 3
Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and remove the seeds. Dice them finely. Mince the garlic and sauté it in olive oil in a pan.
Step 4
In warm mushroom broth, add the cabbage, onion, boiled white mushrooms, and bring to a boil. Then add the garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for 10-15 minutes over low heat. Add the diced tomatoes 3-5 minutes before serving.
