Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Pork Neck - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Rutabaga - 26.5 oz
- Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
- Potato - 8.8 oz
- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Leek - 1 stalk
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the onion. Wash and dry the pork neck. Cut the onion and meat into cubes. Sauté the meat in oil. Add the onion, broth, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and wash the rutabaga, carrot, potato, and leek. Cut everything into small cubes, and slice the leek into thin rings.
Step 3
After 15 minutes, add the rutabaga, carrot, and potato cubes to the meat and continue to simmer the dish.
Step 4
Add the leek only after 30 minutes.
Step 5
Before serving, season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley leaves.
