Ingredients
- Onion - 2 heads
- New Potatoes - 24.7 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Pickled garlic - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Herbs - to taste
- Minced garlic - 2 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms, wash them, and marinate in a mixture of lemon juice and minced garlic.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until cooked. Cool and cut into appropriately sized pieces.
Step 3
Peel the onions and cut them into four parts. Cut the quarters in half and separate into layers. Peel the garlic and separate into cloves.
Step 4
Brush the skewers with vegetable oil and herbs. Alternately thread garlic, potatoes, onion, and mushrooms onto the skewers.
Step 5
Brush the prepared vegetable shashlik on all sides with vegetable oil and season with pepper. Grill over coals for about 10 minutes, turning frequently.
