Description
It is important to prepare this appetizer just before the guests arrive (no more than an hour in advance), as cucumbers and tomatoes may release juice.
Ingredients
- Ham - 4.2 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 15 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the boiled eggs and cheese on a fine grater. Cut the ham into small cubes. In a deep bowl, mix the eggs, cheese, ham, and mayonnaise. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Slice the cucumber into rings about half a centimeter thick. All the components of the appetizer are ready; now just assemble them into an original composition.
Step 2
On a flat plate, lay out the chopped herbs, which will serve as the meadow for the little mushrooms. Any herbs you have on hand will work: onion, dill, parsley, etc. On top of the herbs, place the cucumber pieces, which will serve as the base for the mushrooms. From the mixture of eggs, cheese, and ham, form small balls. If you flatten a ball from the top and bottom, it will become a barrel shape, which will serve as the mushroom's stem. Place the formed stems on the cucumbers. On top, add the red caps made from the halved cherry tomatoes. To give the already beautiful appetizer a finished look, simply draw white dots on the red caps using mayonnaise. The easiest way to do this is with a regular toothpick.
