- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Courgette - 1.8 oz
- Leek - 0.4 oz
- Ginger - 0.4 oz
- Green peppercorns - 2 pieces
- Allspice berries - 2 pieces
- Water - 23 fl oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
