Vegetable Burrito
Ingredients
- Beans - 5.3 oz
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
- Morels - 5.3 oz
- Herbs - 0.7 oz
- Edam Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 spoons
- Tortillas - 4 pieces
- Canned Corn - ½ cans
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the beans until fully cooked.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms into strips, sauté the onion and mushrooms.
Step 3
Chop the red and yellow bell peppers and add them to the pan with the mushrooms. Blanch the tomato in boiling water, peel it, dice it, and add it to the peppers.
Step 4
A few minutes before finishing, add the beans, corn, and herbs. Turn off the skillet.
Step 5
Pour in 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce. I used a ready-made version with chunks of tomatoes, bell peppers, and spices.
Step 6
Place the filling on the cooked tortillas, sprinkle with grated cheese, and roll them up.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
