Ingredients
- Potato - 5.3 oz
- Carrot - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Cucumbers - 5.3 oz
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Gelatin - 3 teaspoons
- Mayonnaise - 14.1 oz
- Water - 4 fl oz
- Parsley - to taste
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and carrots, cool them down, and cut into strips. Boil and cool the eggs. Grate the cucumbers and eggs.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in water for 40 minutes, then dissolve it in a water bath and mix it into the mayonnaise. Stir well.
Step 3
In a springform pan, layer the ingredients, drizzling each layer with the mayonnaise and gelatin mixture. Sprinkle the top of the cake with grated cheese and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 4
Before serving, remove the cake from the mold, cut into portions, and garnish with herbs.
