Vegetable-Cottage Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
- Turnips - 7.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 3.5 oz
- Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chives - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the radishes into rounds (0.5 cm thick).
Step 2
Slice the cucumber in the same way.
Step 3
Prepare the cottage cheese mixture: add any ingredients to the cottage cheese (soft, tasty, not dry, crumbly) to taste: garlic, onion, parsley, cilantro, dill, nuts (you can also add mayonnaise or sour cream — I didn't add any as the cottage cheese was excellent).
Step 4
Then stuff a cucumber round with the cottage cheese mixture and stick a radish round on top; repeat the process — cottage cheese, cucumber, cottage cheese, radish.
Step 5
Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with chives or dill, drizzle with olive oil, and splash with balsamic cream. Season with salt and pepper.
