Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1.8 oz
- Broccoli - 1.8 oz
- Courgette - 1.4 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms - 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
- Parsley - 0.1 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 0.4 oz
- Ocean salt - 0.1 oz
- Paprika - 0 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 0.9 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 1.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Spinach - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 2
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 3
Combine all the ingredients and add oyster sauce, egg yolk, flour, and salt.
Step 4
In a preheated skillet with vegetable oil, place the vegetables using a ring mold, press down with a spoon to shape into a fritter, and fry until golden brown. Then, heat in the oven at 356°F for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Place the pancake in the center of the plate, accompanied by slices of lightly salted salmon, and optionally with poached eggs and wilted spinach. Serve with sour cream.
