Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Courgette - 10.6 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Cauliflower - 8.8 oz
- Butter - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice all the vegetables and boil them (6 potatoes, 3 zucchinis, 2–3 carrots, 1 onion, 1/4 head of cauliflower).
Step 2
Add the yolk and butter, season with salt, and blend everything until smooth. Optionally, you can add finely chopped dill and/or parsley.
