Vegetable shawarma with garlic sauce
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Young zucchini - ½ piece
- Marinated cherries - 3 pieces
- Herbs - 0.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1.4 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.4 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the vegetables into strips and sauté in olive oil.
Step 2
Mix half of the cheese with the herbs and spread it on the lavash.
Step 3
Place the sautéed vegetables and a couple of basil leaves on the lavash.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Roll up the lavash.
Step 6
Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, herbs, and crushed garlic clove.
Step 7
Serve the shawarma with garlic sauce.
