Description
This recipe uses frozen broccoli, but you can also use fresh. The chicken breast can be replaced with any other part. You can add any vegetables to this soup and cut them as you like. Season with sour cream or soy sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Canned Baby Beets - 1 can
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 pieces
- Garlic - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash, dry, and cut the chicken.
Step 3
Cook the broth from the chicken breast.
Step 4
Peel and wash the vegetables.
Step 5
Pour the beans into the prepared broth.
Step 6
Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the broth.
Step 7
Cut the carrots into cubes and add them to the broth as well.
Step 8
Add the broccoli to the broth.
Step 9
Also add dried garlic (fresh can be used).
Step 10
Shred the chicken meat and add it to the soup.
Step 11
Stir everything and bring to readiness over low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve in portions.
