Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - ½ piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 10.6 oz
- Carrot - 1.8 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1.8 oz
- Sweet Corn Sticks - 1.8 oz
- Pea shoots - 1.8 oz
- Chinese green beans - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken (I like a soupy consistency, so I end up with a lot of broth). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Remove the chicken, add diced potatoes to the broth, then onion and everything else. Cook for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
I buy a ready-made frozen soup mix (peas, peppers, corn, beans), then it can be cooked for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Chop the chicken into small pieces and add it to the pot about 5 minutes before the end.
