Ingredients
- Cornish Hen - 24.7 oz
- White Cabbage - 10.6 oz
- Spinach - 4.4 oz
- Broccoli - 4.1 oz
- Celery stalk - 3.2 oz
- Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
- Allspice berries - 7 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces

Step 1
Cut the Cornish hen in half.
Step 2
Place the Cornish hen in a pot.
Step 3
Shred the cabbage.
Step 4
Add the cabbage to the pot with the hen.
Step 5
Divide the broccoli into florets.
Step 6
Add spinach and broccoli to the pot.
Step 7
Chop the celery coarsely and add it to the pot.

Pour in water and bring to a high heat.

Add allspice.

Bring to a boil and skim off the foam. Reduce the heat to medium.
