  • Zucchini - 3.5 oz
  • Frozen Green Peas - 1.8 oz
  • Cauliflower - 1.8 oz
  • Frozen Broccoli - 1.8 oz
  • Green Lentils - 3.5 oz
  • Water - 17 fl oz
  • Vegetable Bouillon Cube - 1 piece
  • Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Herbs - 0.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté the vegetables in a saucepan or skillet for about 10 minutes over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the lentils, bouillon cube, green curry, pour in the water, bring to a boil, and cook for 20–30 minutes until the lentils are tender.

Step 3

Let it cool slightly.

Step 4

Blend until smooth.

Step 5

Serve, garnished with herbs.
