Description

This soup can be made with <a href="https://eda.ru/recepty/bulony/gribnoj-bulon-14612">mushroom broth</a> or <a href="https://eda.ru/recepty/bulony/bulon-ovoschnoj-14259">vegetable broth</a>. Serve the soup with sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Meat - 17.6 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
  • White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
  • Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
  • Onion - 3.5 oz
  • Parsley - 1.8 oz
  • Celery salt - 1.8 oz
  • Spinach - 3.5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the meat broth.

Step 2

Rinse the cabbage and cut it into small squares. Slice the roots and onion, place them in a soup pot, and lightly sauté in oil or fat skimmed from the broth.

Step 3

Remove the pot from the heat, add the prepared cabbage, pour in the strained broth, return to the heat, bring to a boil, add the diced potatoes, and cook for 30 minutes. 5–10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the chopped spinach or lettuce leaves, tomatoes, pepper, bay leaf, and salt.
