Description

Ingredients
- Meat - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Celery salt - 1.8 oz
- Spinach - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons

Cook the meat broth.
Step 2
Rinse the cabbage and cut it into small squares. Slice the roots and onion, place them in a soup pot, and lightly sauté in oil or fat skimmed from the broth.
Step 3
Remove the pot from the heat, add the prepared cabbage, pour in the strained broth, return to the heat, bring to a boil, add the diced potatoes, and cook for 30 minutes. 5–10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the chopped spinach or lettuce leaves, tomatoes, pepper, bay leaf, and salt.
