  • Carrot - 0 oz
  • Courgette - 0 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Napa Cabbage - 0 oz
  • Scallions - 0 oz
  • Arugula - 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Soy Sauce - to taste

Peel the cucumber and carrot.

Cut the carrot into thin strips.
