- Red Chili Pepper - 1.8 oz
- Leek - 0.7 oz
- Dried Wood Mushrooms - 0.7 oz
- Chinese Hot Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Sugar - 0.5 oz
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Chili paste - 0.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix black Chinese sauce, granulated sugar, soy sauce, and chili paste, and heat in a pan for 1 minute.
Step 2
Cut the tofu into cubes and fry for 2-4 minutes in a pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 3
Boil the mushrooms. Sauté the diced green and red chili peppers, leek, and boiled wood mushrooms in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the fried tofu to the sautéed vegetables and the sweet and sour sauce.
