Ingredients

  • White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
  • Beetroot - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Dill - 0.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

First, prepare the sauté: grate the carrot and chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the carrot first, then add the tomatoes at the end.

Step 2

Boil water in a pot, shred the cabbage, grate the beetroot on a coarse grater, and add them to cook. Add vinegar to keep the beetroot's color.

Step 3

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. When the cabbage softens, add the potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the sauté, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer on low heat until ready. Finally, add the herbs.
