Step 1
First, prepare the sauté: grate the carrot and chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the carrot first, then add the tomatoes at the end.

Boil water in a pot, shred the cabbage, grate the beetroot on a coarse grater, and add them to cook. Add vinegar to keep the beetroot's color.
