Ingredients
- Brioche - 1 piece
- Chickpea - 5.3 oz
- Barbecue sauce - 1.1 oz
- Eel - 0.4 oz
- Spanish onions - 0.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.1 oz
- Pickles - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas in water for 12 hours.
Step 2
Then grind the chickpeas twice through a meat grinder using a medium grate.
Step 3
Also grind the herbs and garlic through the meat grinder, add cumin, salt, and lemon juice.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients and form into patties.
Step 5
Fry the resulting patties for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Step 6
Warm the brioche bun, then slice it lengthwise.
Step 7
Evenly spread the curry sauce on both halves of the bun.
Step 8
Layer the tomatoes, lettuce, patty, herbs, and pickles in order.
Step 9
Cover with the top half of the bun.
