Ingredients
- Marinated cherries - 3 pieces
- Pickles - 1.1 oz
- Napa Cabbage - 0.4 oz
- Quail Egg - 3 pieces
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Capers - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Slice the pickles into thin slices.
Step 3
Cut the cabbage into thin square slices (the white part).
Step 4
Pour clean water into a pot.
Step 5
Add the quail eggs and bring to a boil over high heat. After boiling, cook for 3–4 minutes over medium heat.
Step 6
Then pour cold water over them and peel after 5 minutes.
Step 7
Cut the eggs in half and sprinkle with salt.
Step 8
On a skewer, thread half an egg, then a pickle.
Step 9
Next, add Napa cabbage and a cherry tomato.
Step 10
Then again add cabbage, pickle, and egg (half).
Step 11
Repeat the last steps with each skewer, finishing each canapé with a caper. Done.
