Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Water - 24 fl oz
- Zucchini - 17.6 oz
- Carrot - 17.6 oz
- White Beans - 8.8 oz
- Celery - 7.1 oz
- Dried Basil - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh Basil - 2 tablespoons
- Dried Oregano - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Canned tomatoes - 2.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Pasta - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and sauté for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the water, zucchini, carrot, white beans, celery, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and garlic.
Step 4
Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add the pasta, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes.

Season to taste. Serve hot.
