- Pickled Cauliflower - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Spices - to taste
- Sour Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the pearl barley and set it to boil.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and add them to the barley.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and cucumbers, and grate the carrot.
Step 4
When the barley and potatoes are almost cooked, add the onion, carrot, and cucumbers. Season the soup with spices, add the oil, and cook until ready.
