Ingredients
- Suluguni Cheese - 21.2 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1 head
- Armenian Lavash - 4 pieces
- Balsamic Vinegar - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a thin lavash and lay it out on the table.
Step 2
Place slices of suluguni cheese on it (we buy it at the farmers' market), a couple of pieces on a small piece of lavash (I cut 1 sheet of lavash into 3 rolls: this gives even rectangular pieces).
Step 3
On top of the cheese, add lettuce leaves, thinly sliced tomato, and basil.
Step 4
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. You can add a little salt.
Step 5
Roll it up.
