- Spanish onions - ½ head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1.1 oz
- Carrot - 0.7 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 1.1 oz
- Green Papaya - 1.8 oz
- White bread - 2 pieces
- Swiss Cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot into strips, and chop the onion.
Step 2
Mix the cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot in a bowl, then add the chopped mushrooms.
Step 3
Heat a skillet and pour in some vegetable oil. Add the mixture from the bowl to the skillet and sauté. After a couple of minutes, add the onion and wait about two minutes before adding the cheese. Once the cheese is heated, stir the contents of the skillet.
Step 4
Transfer to a container.
Step 5
Place one toast on a flat plate. Add the mixture on top and cover with the second toast.
