- Dorbly Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Adyghe cheese - 10.6 oz

- Black Cumin (Cumin) - ½ teaspoon
- Curry - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Saffron - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash all vegetables and mushrooms thoroughly. Cut them into pieces and cubes.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into pieces about the same size as the vegetables.
Step 3
Now thread the pieces of vegetables, mushrooms, and cheese onto wooden skewers. The order of threading the vegetables can vary for each skewer.
Step 4
Sift both types of flour and mix them. Add spices and gradually pour in water until the mixture thickens (about 700 ml). Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Dip the skewers into the batter. Allow excess liquid to drain.
Step 6
Heat a skillet. Fry the skewers in olive oil on all sides until a golden crust forms (over low heat, covered).
Step 7
Serve hot.
