Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
- Adyghe cheese - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Canned White Asparagus - 4 pieces
- Conchiglie Pasta - 17.6 oz
- Oltermanni Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - 1 stalk
- Dill - 1 stalk
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Asafetida - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the carrots, chop the bell pepper, herbs, and asparagus. Sauté everything with spices to taste. Prepare two sauces — béchamel sauce and a sauce made from grated tomatoes or tomato paste, with a small amount of vegetables added. Add water — it should resemble broth.
Step 2
Stuff the pasta with the sautéed vegetables. Take a deep baking dish, lightly grease it with oil, then pour in half of the béchamel sauce. Place the stuffed cannelloni in it. Then pour the remaining béchamel sauce over the top, spreading it evenly over the pasta. Finally, pour the tomato broth on top. Grate the Adyghe cheese and Oltermanni cheese on top (it is vegetarian, so both you and the animals are safe).
Step 3
Place in the oven for 1 hour.
