- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Dill - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Rice - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and finely chop the sorrel. Add salt and sauté in vegetable oil, then add 1 tablespoon of flour.
Step 2
Next, add the desired amount of cold water and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Serve the soup cold, sprinkled with pepper and dill. Optionally, add rice and potatoes to the soup.
