Ingredients
- Canned Palm Hearts - 14.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 2.1 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4.2 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cayenne Pepper - a pinch
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Grated Lemon Zest - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Dry the artichokes with a paper towel and transfer them to a blender. Add the Parmesan, reserving 1 tablespoon, mayonnaise, minced garlic, zest, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper, and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and sprinkle with the reserved Parmesan. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
