- Rye Bread - 2.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.1 oz
- Edam Cheese - 0.5 oz
- White Cheddar Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Beef Kidneys - 1.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Iceberg Lettuce - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the liver. Cut it in half.
Step 2
Spread cream cheese on the top slice of bread. Place a thinly sliced tomato and a lettuce leaf on top.
Step 3
Place a slice of white cheddar on the bottom piece of bread, then add a slice of liver, and top it off with a slice of Edam cheese.
Step 4
Place the bottom slice of bread in the microwave for 1 minute.
Step 5
Join the two halves of the sandwich.
