- Orange Bell Peppers - 4 pieces
- Cayenne Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 3.2 oz
- Crab Meat - 15.9 oz
- Chives - 1½ tablespoons

Clean the peppers, chop them into small cubes, and sauté in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
In a food processor, chop the garlic, then add the peppers, vinegar, cayenne pepper, and 0.5 teaspoons of salt. Blend until smooth. Add the mayonnaise and blend again.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and heat over low heat. Add the crab meat and warm until the meat is heated through. Before serving, add the chopped chives. Serve with crackers.
