Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Marinated cherries - 12 pieces
- Spanish onions - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 8 fl oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Red Wine Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dill - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes well, leaving the skin on. Boil the potatoes in salted water until the skin starts to crack and they become soft (30-35 minutes). Remove from heat, let the potatoes dry and cool slightly.
Step 2
While the potatoes are boiling, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and sauté the cherry tomatoes until their skins burst. Season the tomatoes with salt and remove them from the heat. Sauté the green peas in the same skillet, adding 60 ml of water. Remove and let dry.
Step 3
Peel the warm potatoes and cut them into 4 or 6 pieces. Arrange on a serving platter, add the tomatoes and green peas, as well as the chopped onion. Dress the dish with olive oil and wine vinegar, season with pepper and salt to taste. Add the dill and serve immediately.
