Description
Another delightful option to help you weather the cold. Try to find cinnamon sticks instead of ground cinnamon: they will create a more refined flavor, and the cinnamon won't settle as a cloudy dust on the walls of your porcelain.
Ingredients
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Cinnamon - 2 pieces
- Lingonberry - 1.8 oz
- Fresh Mint - 2 stems
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1 qt
- Black tea - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the orange into half-moons and tear the mint into leaves.
Step 2
Add the lingonberries (you can use crushed ones), tea, and cinnamon sticks to the teapot. Pour boiling water over them.
Step 3
Place on the heat. Simmer for a bit, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add honey to the warm tea when it cools slightly, not into boiling water.
