  • Oranges - 1 piece
  • Cinnamon - 2 pieces
  • Lingonberry - 1.8 oz
  • Fresh Mint - 2 stems
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 1 qt
  • Black tea - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the orange into half-moons and tear the mint into leaves.

Step 2

Add the lingonberries (you can use crushed ones), tea, and cinnamon sticks to the teapot. Pour boiling water over them.

Step 3

Place on the heat. Simmer for a bit, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Add honey to the warm tea when it cools slightly, not into boiling water.
