- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Potato - 15.9 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
- Watercress - 7.1 oz
- Crème fraîche - 4 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a pot, heat a small amount of olive oil. Add finely chopped leek and minced garlic. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the leek begins to soften.
Step 2
Add the broth and diced peeled potato. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes until the potato is tender.
Step 3
