  • White Beans - 7.1 oz
  • Smoked pork knuckle - 10.6 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 3.5 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Rinse the beans well and soak them in water for 1 hour.
