Ingredients
- White Beans - 7.1 oz
- Smoked pork knuckle - 10.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the beans well and soak them in water for 1 hour.
Step 2
Then cook the beans for 1 to 1.5 hours until they are soft.
Step 3
Cut the ribs into small pieces and add them to the soup.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Chop the medium potatoes and add them to the broth.

Dice the onion.
Step 7
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Heat a pan and combine the butter and sunflower oil.

Sauté the carrot and onion until golden.
