Ingredients
- White Beans - 0.9 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.1 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.5 oz
- Potato - 3.5 oz
- Dried Yellow Plums - 0.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the large white beans and rinse them. Place in a pot, cover with cold water, and cook until tender.
Step 2
Drain the beans in a colander, then pass them through a meat grinder, combine again with the broth, and season with salt.
Step 3
Add the peeled, rinsed, and coarsely chopped potato to the cooked beans.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the butter. Add to the soup.
Step 5
Toast the flour and add it as well.
Step 6
Add the pre-soaked dried plums, salt, pepper, and cook the soup until the potatoes are tender.
Step 7
Garnish with finely chopped herbs before serving.
