- Milk - 3 cups
- Chestnut puree - 1 cup
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root - ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
- Ground clove - a pinch
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- White Chocolate - 4.2 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Whipped Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, and spices. Place over medium heat and bring to almost a boil, without allowing it to boil. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped chocolate and stir until fully melted.
Step 3
Pour into cups and top with whipped cream. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon.
