Ingredients

  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Pickles - 3 pieces
  • Hunter's Sausages - 2 pieces
  • Sausages - 2 pieces
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage - 2 pieces
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 8 fl oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - to taste
  • Kalamata olives - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Bay leaf - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop and sauté the onion in olive oil (use a lot of onion!), add chopped pickles (you can use pickled ones) and tomato paste. Sauté well.

Step 2

Boil water. Add the prepared sauté to the water. Add chopped bacon, sausages, smoked sausages, small sausages — anything you have on hand.

Step 3

Add olives and black olives. Then season with herbs, pepper, and salt to taste.

Step 4

Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
