Ingredients
- Yellow Beets - 10.6 oz
- Mini vegetables - 1.1 oz
- Palm Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Pour 300 grams of peas with water in a 1:2 ratio (yellow peas do not require soaking). Bring to a boil. Add salt and turmeric, then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Puree the peas using a blender.
Step 4
Finely chop the spinach.
Step 5
Add the spinach to the puree.
Step 6
Shape the puree into balls and coat them in breadcrumbs.
Step 7
Fry the balls in red palm oil until a golden-orange crust forms.
Step 8
Serve the dish hot.
